This nice email came in today from a listener on our New Age channel. Certainly reminds me of the real reason I got into streaming music as a hobby, and later turned it into a business.

Once in a while I’ll just share a video I enjoy, there’s a lot of neat stuff around. I grew up listening to great Yngwie Malmsteen’s electric guitar, this video is his blend of that with an actual orchestra. This guy’s got talent.

A few weeks ago I have found a very interesting blog by Marc Andreessen, an engineer and an entrepreneur who’s got a few things behind him such as being co-author of Mosaic and a co-founder of Netscape.  Back then I have read his interesting take on hiring, managing, promoting, and firing executives.

Ouch, this hurts! For someone who does a lot of transactions with Europe it’s just getting worse, and there’s no end in sight anytime soon either.
