I haven’t watched The Boiler Room, but seeing a few scenes on YouTube the other day makes me want to watch it.

Here’s an interesting scene of a broker closing a sale. The funny thing is that right next door to us there was a company doing the exact same thing with exact same type of pitches.

Except what amazed me is that the guys next door actually screamed and shouted at their prospective customers and made them feel stupid until those caved in. Apparently it worked for the guys next door, they moved on to an even bigger office in the area.
