If you are currently not using any kind of a blog or RSS reader, I strongly recommend you giveĀ one a try. Whether it is iGoogle, Google Reader, or whatever floats your boat, it greatly saves the time you spend on following updates from your favorite blogs. Why keep visiting a site hopeing for an update, when the update comes to you when it’s ready.
I use Google Reader and subscribe to a few dozen blogs. Usually I catch up on my daily commutes on an express bus from Staten Island to Manhattan, and back. I have a data plan with Sprint and a Pocket PC phone. This combination makes it super quick and easy for me to get all the latest right as I am sitting on the bus.
And if you still refuse, did you know you can subscribe to email updates for my blog? It’s done by FeedBurner (now owned by Google). Just go here, put in your email and you’ll be emailed with all updates.

I use Google Reader to stay up to date to things that matter to me.
Google Reader: “From your 41 subscriptions, over the last 30 days you read 1,999 items”
Which is an average of something like 66 articles a day.
I doubt I would be able to keep up without being able to view them all in one place like this, and I may even end up reading something twice (I have quite a bad memory) without being able to mark items as read.
