Consider this:
- The price of oil jumped from $117 to $120 within the last 24 hours or so.
- Home values around San Francisco Bay area have dropped by over 10% in the last year. In other parts of the country even much much more than that.
- Japan ran out of butter, among other things coming up.
- Sam’s Club, the No. 2 U.S. warehouse club operator, is limiting sales of rice to four bags per customer per visit.
There’s much more happening if you care to pay more attention. Hopefully whatever you do to make your living, you do so very well and are near the cream of the top.
